End of the smog alert - Back to the regular fare of $3,50 as of June 8 - STLaval.ca/smog-alert
Laval is a senior-friendly municipality. By promoting the mobility of our seniors, the STL does not only take them from point A to point B: it encourages their participation in an active life and supports their contribution in our community.
Our bus itinerary serves many of Laval’s seniors residences. It can take you directly to shopping malls, libraries, places of interest and healthcare centres.
This service’s fare is the same as the regular bus one.
Laval residents aged 65 and over commute for free on the STL network, including routes serving seniors' retirement homes. To benefit from this asset and obtain the Horizon 65+ title, get your Opus card with photo.
This card also allows you to benefit from a reduced rate to buy transit fares if you have to travel outside Laval, on other transportation networks such as Montreal (STM), Longueuil (RTL) or on the North Shore (exo).
The STL is pursuing its efforts to improve the accessibility of its services on its regular network, by developing designated stops and accessible bus lines. Do you need help getting around? Ask about our accesible network, the companion card and our paratransit service.
