Reservation Center opening hours since January 1, 2026:

• 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., 7 days a week

To cancel or modify a trip or to consult the estimated arrival time for your trip:

• Monday to Tuesday and statutory holidays: 5 a.m. to 1. a.m.
• Friday: 5 a.m. to 2 a.m.
• Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 2 a.m.
• Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 1 a.m.
