Why book an appointment?
Why book an appointment?
You can visit a metropolitan ticket office without an appointment. However, please note that demand is especially high during the back-to-school period and in the weeks leading up to October 31, when student OPUS cards expire, particularly at the Montmorency ticket office.
While we do our best to provide quality service to walk-in customers, wait times may be longer. By booking an appointment, you can be sure to be served on time, without waiting.
