To book, cancel or confirm a trip, please contact the Reservation Centre.
Hours of operation
To book a trip (option 1):
Every day from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
To modify or cancel a trip, or to check your estimated arrival time (option 2):
- Monday to Thursday and public holidays: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Customer Contact Centre:

Call our Customer Contact Centre for:
- Information about paratransit services and the admission process
- Any requests to update your file (move, power of attorney request, status change, mobility aids or companions, etc.)
- Questions, requests, comments or complaints
Hours of operation

- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
