Appointments are available at the Montmorency ticket office for obtaining or renewing an OPUS card with photo.

Items found on our network are sent to our offices, where they are kept for a maximum period of 15 days.

Items lost on platforms, inside terminals, or on a bus near a terminal may also be held at the Montmorency or Cartier metropolitan ticket office.

If you realize that you have lost an important or valuable item during a paratransit trip (for example: a cellphone, laptop, tablet, medication, keys, prescription glasses, hearing aids, ID or a mobility aid), we recommend calling the same day to report the lost item:
Once notified, we will make every effort to locate your item and determine the best way to return it. However, despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee recovery of lost items.

After the allotted recovery period, unclaimed items are disposed of in accordance with the provisions set out in règlement CA-10 (PDF).
