STL paratransit service is available every day according to the following schedule:
- Sunday to Thursday: 6:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
- Friday and Saturday: 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Regular trips are automatically cancelled on public holidays, except for hemodialysis trips. If you wish to travel on a public holiday, you must request an occasional trip.
Regardless of the day of the week on which the holiday falls, the schedule for that day will apply. For example:

- If the holiday falls on a Monday, the Monday schedule will apply (6:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.)

How to book a trip

Call the Reservation Centre at 450‑973‑3111, option 1.
Booking hours: every day from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
To check the estimated arrival time of your trip, call 450‑973‑3111, option 2, during the following hours:
- Monday to Thursday and public holidays: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
You must always specify your return time when booking your trip.
Trips within Laval:
- Book up to 7 days in advance and no later than 7:00 p.m. the day before for both outbound and return trips
- A minimum of 30 minutes must always be scheduled between outbound and return trips
Trips within Montréal:
- Book up to 7 days in advance and no later than 7:00 p.m. the day before for both outbound and return trips
- A minimum of 30 minutes must always be scheduled between outbound and return trips
Trips to Longueuil and the North and South Shores:
- Book up to 7 days in advance and no later than noon the day before the trip
- A minimum of 120 minutes must always be scheduled between outbound and return trips
- Same-day changes to return times are not permitted

Since April 1, you can now book your trips online using the Mon transport adapté platform, available at montransportadapte.stm.info.
Important
Before using the platform for the first time, you must create your online account.
If you have already provided an email address:
Access the platform to activate your account when signing in for the first time
If you have not provided an email address:
Contact the Reservation Centre at 450‑973‑3111 (option 1).
Once your account is created and your password has been activated, you will be able to sign in to the platform. At each step, you can click the question mark ? icon to display help tips. This will help you become familiar with the platform.
On the platform, you can:
- Book a trip
- Manage your trips
- Track your vehicle in real time
Good to know
Your account allows you to submit requests to update your file directly through the platform. For example, you can update your address, mobility aids, or password.

Same-day bookings
Only urgent medical trips may be booked at the last minute within Laval and Montréal, provided there is space available on one of our paratransit vehicles.
Paratransit drivers are not authorized to provide emergency pre‑hospital care.
If your condition requires immediate assistance, call 911.
On-call return requests
Not available, except in exceptional circumstances
On-call return requests
On-call return requests are not accepted, except in specific cases.
This exception applies if a medical appointment or court appearance ends earlier than expected.
If you finish more than one hour before your scheduled return time, you may request an on-call return. This request will be reviewed based on vehicle availability. Please note that this option is only available for trips within Laval and Montréal.
If you are returning from an airport and your plans change (a delay or early arrival), you must contact the Reservation Centre. We will work to adjust your return time so you can complete your trip.

All modification requests must be made before 7:00 p.m. the day before the trip.
No same-day changes are permitted.

Hours to modify a trip:
- Monday to Thursday and public holidays: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Drivers are not authorized to modify bookings. Only Reservation Centre agents may approve changes to times or destinations.

Unable to attend your scheduled trip on time? Found another way to travel? Please notify us as soon as possible.
This helps us avoid unnecessary trips and allows other customers to use available spaces.

Hours to cancel a trip:
- Monday to Thursday and public holidays: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
- Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
If you miss your outbound trip: Your return trip will be automatically cancelled 60 minutes after your absence is recorded. To keep your return trip, you must notify the Reservation Centre.
If you miss your return trip: If you request a different return time, it will be handled based on availability at the time of your call and may be refused.
Repeated missed trips or frequent cancellations may result in restrictions on your service.
The reliability of the service depends on all users. Late cancellations or cancellations upon vehicle arrival prevent other customers from using available space, cause delays, and increase operational costs.
