STL’s paratransit service is offered daily between the following hours:

Regular trips automatically cancelled.
Occasional trips available based on the Saturday schedule (8 a.m. to midnight).

Same-day reservations
Same-day reservation requests will be accepted for urgent medical reasons only and are subject to available space in one of our paratransit vehicles.
Paratransit vehicle drivers are not authorized to perform pre-hospital emergency care.
Call 911 if you require emergency medical assistance.
On-call return
We offer on-call return for situations when it’s impossible to know your exact return time. For example:
Once you’re ready for your return trip, contact our Reservations Centre. A paratransit vehicle will come and pick you up as soon as possible. Wait times are usually reasonable.
Please note that the driver will pick you up at the same place where they dropped you off on your outbound trip.
Changes must be requested before 5 p.m. on the day before your trip.
Our drivers are not authorized to modify reservations. Only Reservations Centre agents are authorized to update reservation times and locations. An agent will do their best to accommodate you while taking the needs of all users into account.
Same-day changes
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, you can request a same-day change to your reservation time/location. Requests will only be considered if they are made at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. Otherwise, your request will not be considered.
If your change request is received within the permitted timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, availability depends on:
If we are unable to accommodate your change request, you will have the option to either keep or cancel your original reservation.
Need to cancel a trip? Let us know as soon as possible, even if it’s a few minutes before the vehicle’s scheduled arrival or after your assigned time window (but before the vehicle has arrived).
This can help us save time and offer your spot to another client who needs it.
Help keep our paratransit service efficient! Last-minute and on-the-spot cancellations mean other passengers miss out on available spots. They also cause delays and additional costs for the STL. Thank you for doing your part and reserving service responsibly.NEED
