PARATRANSIT HOURS OF OPERATION

Since January 1, 2026, the Paratransit service is available every day according to the following schedule:

Sunday to Thursday:

6:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Friday and Saturday

6:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Important to mention when making your reservation
Since January 1, 2026, your client number has been modified by adding the number 300,000.

For example, if your current client number was 22,100, your new number would be 322,100.

 

STATUTORY HOLIDAYS

Effective since January 1, 2026.

Regular trips are automatically canceled on statutory holidays, except for hemodialysis trips. If you wish to travel on a holiday, you must submit a request for an occasional trip.

Regardless of the day of the week on which the holiday falls, the schedule applied will always be that of the current day.

For example:

  • If the holiday falls on a Monday, the Monday schedule applies (6:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.).
  • If the holiday falls on a Saturday, the Saturday schedule applies (6:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.).

The holidays covered by this measure are:

  • Holiday season (December 25 to January 2 inclusive)
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • National Patriots’ Day
  • Québec National Holiday
  • Canada Day
  • Labour Day
  • Thanksgiving

Making a reservation

Here is how to book a trip (regular or occasional).

ONLINE BOOKING – NOW AVAILABLE
 

As of April 1, trips may be booked online through the Mon transport adapté platform.
The platform is available at montransportadapte.stm.info

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Before using the online platform for the first time, you must create a client account.

  • If an email address is already associated with your file:

Access the platform to activate your account during your first login

  • If no email address is associated with your file:

Please contact the booking centre at 450‑973‑3111 (option 1).

Once your account has been created and your password activated, you will be able to log in to the platform. Throughout the process, you may click on the question mark (?) icon to view on‑screen explanations that will help you navigate and use the platform.

Through the online platform, you can:

  • Book a trip
  • View and manage your bookings
  • Track your vehicle in real time


PLEASE NOTE

Your client account also allows you to submit requests to update your file directly through the platform, including:

  • Address changes
  • Updates to mobility aids
  • Password changes

 

TO CANCEL, MODIFY OR CHECK ARRIVAL TIME

To cancel, modify, or check the estimated arrival time for your trip (450-973-3111, option 2):

  • Monday to Thursday and holidays: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

  • Same-day reservations

Same-day reservation requests will be accepted for urgent medical reasons only and are subject to available space in one of our paratransit vehicles.

Paratransit vehicle drivers are not authorized to perform pre-hospital emergency care.

Call 911 if you require emergency medical assistance.
 

  • On-call return

At the time of booking, you must specify your return time.

However, if your medical appointment or court appearance ends earlier than expected and more than 60 minutes before the scheduled return time, an assessment will be made based on vehicle availability. To make this request, you must call 450-973-3111, option 2. This service is available only for trips in Laval and Montréal.

CHANGING A RESERVATION

Since January 1, 2026, any modification request must be made before 7:00 p.m. the day before the trip to be accepted. To cancel, modify, or check the estimated arrival time for your trip:

  • Monday to Thursday and holidays: 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
  • Friday: 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Saturday: 5:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
  • Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Drivers are not authorized to modify reservations. Only Reservations Centre agents are authorized to update reservation times and locations. An agent will do their best to accommodate you while taking the needs of all users into account.
 

  • Same-day changes

No same-day modification allowed since Januray 1, 2026.

CANCELLING A RESERVATION


Need to cancel a trip? Let us know as soon as possible, even if it’s a few minutes before the vehicle’s scheduled arrival or after your assigned time window (but before the vehicle has arrived).

This can help us save time and offer your spot to another client who needs it.

Help keep our paratransit service efficient! Last-minute and on-the-spot cancellations mean other passengers miss out on available spots. They also cause delays and additional costs for the STL. Thank you for doing your part and reserving service responsibly.NEED
