New shared taxi route serving Val-des-Brises

Your responses to our surveys have made it clear: transit in outlying industrial or commercial areas should be improved. That’s why the STL has partnered with Val-des-Brises business owners to develop a transit service that better meets community needs.

Scheduled to begin operating on May 5, shared taxi route T48 will take riders between the Vimont neighbourhood and theVal-des-Brises commercial area (located at the intersection of A440 and A19) in as little as 10 minutes. The new route will make it easier for customers and store employees to reach the area.

The shared taxi service will be offered seven days a week and will run every 30 minutes most of the time, connecting with routes 17, 31, 73, 74, 27, 39, 41, and 43 on the STL’s regular network.
